A lot of fixes and improvements in the list as they start to refine and polish the game ready for release but also they introduced the city siege system and a new siege camp. Can now siege other players cities.

If i was a betting man i'd put money on them pushing back release till next year.
They had better push it back, it's nowhere near ready for release, if they did release Q4, they would lose 80% of their player base within a week.
if its towards the end of Q4 i think they will be alright, as long as they stop putting more features in and stick to cleaning it up. last patch they added CTF style pvp options, why! just fix the bugs first geez.

Assassination
The Assassination line is an enhancement for bladed weapons which allows you to perform deadly attacks if you are able to sneak up to an opponent from behind. Each of these abilities is positional and on a longer recharge time. They are designed to allow careful assassins to gain a significant advantage over NPCs or players if executed properly, but to only be usable once every few minutes. There is an entire line of missions aimed directly at this style of gameplay.
Disguise
Disguise involves the creation, detection and wearing of disguises. Disguises allow players to alter their appearance, mask their name, and to alter the way NPCs react to them. The top disguises even give you a chance to fake your faction to other players. Other players who suspect you of wearing a disguise can use the Reveal Disguise skill to force you out of the disguise.
